High temperature non-metallic expansion joint

High temperature non-metallic expansion joint is specially designed for pipeline system in high temperature environment to compensate for thermal expansion and contraction effect caused by temperature change, reduce stress in pipeline system, and avoid pipeline damage caused by thermal stress. This kind of expansion joint is mainly used in high-temperature flue gas and steam conveying systems in chemical industry, electric power, iron and steel, cement, petrochemical and other industries. Features of high temperature non-metallic expansion joints:

  • High temperature flue: It is used to compensate the thermal expansion and contraction of flue in high-temperature flue gas emission systems such as coal-fired power plants, cement plants and waste incineration plants.

  • High temperature steam pipeline: In steam delivery systems such as nuclear power plants and thermal power plants, it is used to absorb the thermal expansion of steam pipes.

  • Chemical industry: Used in high temperature material conveying pipeline in chemical production process to reduce pipeline stress and prolong pipeline life.
