Flue gas baffle door is an important equipment for desulfurization device to enter and exit operation. It is divided into main flue gas baffle (including original flue gas baffle door and clean flue gas baffle door) and bypass flue gas baffle for flue gas desulfurization (FGD). Under the normal operation of the desulfurization system, the flue gas coming out from the tail of the boiler electrostatic precipitator passes through the inlet baffle door of the FGD system to the booster fan, and then is cooled by the flue gas heat exchanger and enters the absorption tower. The desulfurized flue gas is heated to about 80℃ by the flue gas heat exchanger, and then enters the chimney through the flue gas baffle door at the outlet of the FGD.

1) Each baffle door part is designed to withstand flue gas temperature variation from 80℃ ~200℃ without damage, sticking, crimping or leakage. When the temperature exceeds 170℃, the FGD device is bypassed, and the running time of high-temperature flue gas (180℃) does not exceed 30 minutes. 2) Each baffle door and drive is designed to withstand corrosion by the ambient medium under the operating conditions.
3) The flue gas baffle door adopts double baffles, and the leakage amount does not exceed 1.0% under the condition that the pressure difference is 5000Pa and there is no sealing wind. The operation of all baffles is flexible, reliable and easy to overhaul.
4) All flap doors are also equipped with a limit switch indicating full opening or full closing. These limit switches are not limited by switches equipped with driving means. A limit switch is provided at each end of the stroke and directly indicates the position of the plate.
5) The flue gas baffle door can be operated under the maximum pressure difference, and closed tightly without bending or jamming. Moreover, the baffle should be able to match the locking device in the fully open and fully closed positions, and the design and position of the baffle in the flue should minimize the dust or dust accumulation on the baffle sheet.
6) The smoke baffle door has an open/close function. The speed of the electric actuator meets the operation requirements of the power station and the induced draft fan. The electrical actuator of the flapper door goes from fully open to fully closed in 75 seconds.
7) The complete set of double flapper doors is provided including the frame, double panel, electric actuator and all necessary seals and controls for the sealing system.
8) The net flue gas outlet baffle door adopts electric double baffle. Since the operating temperature of the FGD outlet is only about 50℃, the seller gives full consideration to its corrosion protection and the choice of materials.
9) The electric actuator is equipped with position positioning switches at both ends, turning switches in both directions, accident handwheels and mechanical interlocks for maintenance.

11) The baffle door is arranged as a horizontal spindle. The baffle shaft is made of appropriate steel, and special attention should be paid to the design of the frame, shaft and support so as to prevent the ingress of dust and deformation or degradation due to high temperatures.
12) Shaft or baffle operation is provided with grease lubrication.
