By Actuator Type:
Electric smoke baffle door: Suitable for high altitude or remote control environment, the opening and closing of the baffle door can be driven by an electric device.
Manual smoke baffle door: Suitable for lower positions, such as five or six meters, can be made into zipper type, and the opening and closing angle of the smoke baffle door can be adjusted by zipper and steel wire rope.
Pneumatic Flue Gas Baffle Door: The switch of the baffle door is driven by a pneumatic device, which is suitable for occasions where quick response is required.
By material:
Carbon steel flue gas baffle door: Suitable for occasions where the flue gas temperature does not exceed 300 degrees.
Stainless Steel Flue Gas Baffle Door: Suitable for occasions where the flue gas temperature exceeds 300 degrees, it has better corrosion resistance.
According to the specific location used:
Inlet flue gas baffle door: Installed at the inlet position where flue gas enters the desulfurization device.
Outlet flue gas baffle door: Installed at the flue gas outlet position after treatment by desulfurization device.
Bypass flue gas baffles: In some desulfurization units, in order to cope with emergencies or adjust the process, bypass flue gas baffles are set so that the flue gas can be directly discharged bypassing the desulfurization unit.
According to the shape of the blade and the way of welding:
Plug-in type flue gas baffle door: Adopts blades in the form of plug-in boards, which are fixed to the frame by welding or bolting.
Shutter type smoke baffle door: adopts the form of blinds similar to blinds with a certain gap between the blades to allow some of the smoke to pass through.
As per the shape:
Round Flue Gas Baffle Door: Suitable for round flues or pipes.
Square (Rectangular) Flue Gas Baffle Door: Suitable for square or rectangular flues or pipes.
Among them, double-blade shutter baffle doors and double-shutter baffle doors are more common types. Double Blade Shutter Baffle Door consists of one shutter and the shutter consists of two blades, setting up a sealed air system that allows 100% of the sealed air to enter between the two blades. Double shutter baffle door is composed of two shutters, each shutter is connected with a number of bearings, two blades are fixed on the same axis, and the sealing piece is installed around the baffle door blades by special nickel-based alloy.
