The duplex three-way expansion joint for cement industry is a flexible compensation device specially designed for cement production line. It is mainly used to absorb the pipeline system caused by temperature change, mechanical vibration or foundation settlementAxial, transverse and three-dimensional composite displacement。 Its core functions include:
Multi-directional compensation ability: Through the design of the bellows structure, it can compensate the axial expansion and contraction, lateral offset and angle change at the same time.
Reduce system stress: Effectively alleviate the thermal expansion difference caused by temperature difference of tube-plate heat exchangers, preheaters and other equipment, and avoid strength damage, instability or pull-off of connectors caused by stress concentration.

High Performance Materials:
The corrugated pipe is made of austenitic stainless steel (such as 304, 316L), which is resistant to high temperature (up to 1200℃) and dust corrosion, which is suitable for high wear environment of cement plant.
The outer covering layer is made of multi-layer fiber fabric (such as aramid and polyimide) to enhance the sealing and temperature resistance.
Low pressure adaptability:
The design pressure range is usually-0.1~0.25MPa, which is suitable for atmospheric or low pressure pipeline systems, such as waste heat power generation, pulverized coal transportation and other scenarios.

4. Key points of installation and maintenance
Directions and Constraints: Installation shall be marked according to the flow direction of the medium, and the structure of the lined cylinder shall ensure that the lining direction is consistent with the fluid; After installation, remove the transport protection and adjust the limiting device.
Stress control: It is prohibited to forcibly correct the deviation of the pipeline through the deformation of the bellows. After the hydraulic test, the accumulated water should be emptied in time and the bellows should be dried.
