I. Product overview of desulfurization flue gas baffle door:
Flue gas desulfurization double-layer louver-type baffle damper is produced by introducing foreign advanced technology. The desulfurization baffle door is used on the inlet, outlet or bypass flue of the absorption tower of the flue gas desulfurization system, or in the flue gas denitrification and flue gas dust removal system. The damper usually adopts a louver-type double-layer baffle structure, and when the double-layer baffles are closed, a seal is introduced between them to realize the function of isolating and shutting off the flue gas.
II. Performance characteristics of flue gas baffle:
1. A single-axis driven double-louver type baffle structure is adopted, and a sealed chamber for introducing sealed air is designed in the middle of the double-layer blades, and the sealed air higher than the flue gas pressure of 500Pa is passed into the baffle, so that a sealed air isolation layer is formed between the double-layer baffles to block the passage of flue gas flow.

3. The external design is provided with a linkage mechanism, so that several blades can be opened or closed synchronously.
4. The double louver baffle door has reasonable design structure, good blade rigidity, stable and reliable operation, and the sealing type of louver baffle blade is elastic seal and air seal.
5. A sealing air inlet valve is designed and installed on the double baffle. After the sealing air is introduced, the sealing efficiency of the baffle door is 100%.
6. Driving mode: pneumatic or electric.
7. The driving device is usually connected with the damper by direct connection.
8. The electric device adopts mechatronic products, with torque protection and limiting devices and can be controlled and operated remotely. The electric device also has manual and electric switching functions for installation, debugging and maintenance.
9. Connection mode between damper and pipeline: flange seal welding connection or flange bolt connection.
10. The sealed fan and electric heater of the sealed air system can be provided in complete sets after our selection.

VI. Desulfurization baffle door description:
1. Because the air duct contains sulfur dioxide and is easy to corrode, the damper is designed and made of Q235 outsourced 316L material, which has the characteristics of temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life.
2. In order to make the damper door panel not easy to deform under high temperature, reinforcing ribs are arranged between the double-layer plates, the thickness of the single-layer plate is 5mm, and the total thickness of the damper is 600mm. The damper shaft head, bearing bush, shaft sleeve and shaft are made of several different high temperature resistant, wear resistant and corrosion resistant materials respectively.
3. The electric device and the damper shaft are connected into one body without clearance, and the air leakage rate after closing is less than 0.1%.
4. The electric device is equipped with a multi-functional limit device, and the switch is in place accurately.
5. The distribution cabinet is equipped with DCS interface to achieve automated operation effect.
6. It has adjustment and isolation sharing, flexible adjustment and good isolation performance.
7. The switch is flexible, there is no jamming phenomenon, there is no internal leakage or external leakage phenomenon, and the shaft seal is good.
