        1. Product definition and structural composition

Compound straight pipe bypass pressure balanced expansion joint (also known as compound bypass pressure balanced corrugated expansion joint) is a compensation element used in pipeline system, which is composed ofThree sets of bellows(two groups of working bellows and one group of balanced bellows), tie rod, end pipe, head and other structural parts. Its design counteracts the thrust generated by the internal pressure of the pipe by balancing the bellows, enabling stable operation without the need for additional fixed brackets.


        2. Working Principle

  • Axial displacement compensation: Through the elastic deformation of the working bellows, the axial displacement of the pipe due to temperature change, vibration and other factors is absorbed.

  • Pressure self-balancing: The effective area of the balanced bellows and the working bellows are equal, and the internal pressure thrust cancels each other through the tie rod system to avoid additional load on the fixed bracket.
