Product Introduction

Polytetrafluoroethylene compensator, which can be called bellows, also known as expansion joint, can be used to eliminate the expansion and contraction of pipes, containers or equipment caused by climate change or thermal expansion or displacement caused by other reasons, as a kind of damper. It can be installed at both ends of pump inlet and outlet or other high-frequency machinery to reduce or eliminate its vibration and improve the service life and sealing performance of pipeline. It solves the problems that the metal compensator cannot solve, reduces the enterprise cost and improves the production efficiency.

Moreover, it can be used to absorb deviations from the design from the actual installation. It has the characteristics of reliable work, compact structure, strong compensation ability, resistance to corrosion of various media and long service life.

In the pipeline design of petrochemical plant, the compensator often needs to consider the working conditions of high temperature and high pressure. Therefore, the thermal expansion of the pipeline should be considered in the design. Generally, the flexibility of the pipeline itself should be given priority to absorb the thermal displacement of the pipeline. When the pipeline system is not flexible due to the limitation of process operation conditions and equipment layout, the compensator can be used to absorb the thermal displacement of the pipeline, because the rotating compensator has strong compensation ability.

The change of management pressure drop can reduce the operating cost of the real device, and the change of thermal expansion compensator stress greatly increases the safety of the pipeline system itself during operation, so it has this advantage in the design of petrochemical plant and long-distance petrochemical pipeline design.
