Product Overview
Manual plug-in insulation door is an important industrial equipment, which is mainly used to shut off and insulate the cold and hot air ducts or flues of boilers. Introduction to Structure
Manual plug-in insulation door mainly consists of the following parts:
Door frames, seats and door panels: All adopt cavity structure, and the whole heat treatment is finished and shaped to ensure that the equipment has no thermal deformation.
Sealing device: The special sealing device ensures that there is no internal leakage at the front and rear of the door panel and no external leakage at the journal, so as to achieve 100% sealing.
Opening and closing mechanism and locking mechanism: The opening and closing driving mechanism and the locking mechanism of the plug board are designed separately. When the air duct is closed, the opening and closing electric device drives the plug board to make a closing movement, and then the locking electric device drives the locking cam mechanism to lock the plug board.
Electric device: Supporting mechatronic electric device, DCS set electrical interlock, can realize on-site operation or remote operation control.

Operating parameters, including interface size, working medium, medium flow direction, maximum working pressure, maximum working temperature, pipeline direction, door panel opening direction, required opening and closing speed, installation position and connection mode with pipeline, shall be proposed when ordering.
