rubber compensator
Product Introduction
Structure and composition
The rubber compensator is usually composed of a rubber corrugated compensating element combined with a metal flange. The flange of rubber compensator often adopts loose flange structure, the surface of corrugated compensator is smooth, and the inner layer is reinforced by several layers of strong fiber or steel strip and steel wire. Reinforcing layers such as reinforcing fibers or steel strips and steel wires extend all the way to both ends of the rubber corrugated compensation element, and the protruding parts at both ends have hard steel structure skeletons.
Features and Benefits
The rubber compensator has large displacement compensation ability, which can compensate axial, lateral and angular displacements. It also has the properties of reducing noise, reducing vibration and resisting corrosion. Because of the advantages of strong pressure resistance, good elasticity, large compensation amount, obvious shock and noise reduction, and convenient installation, rubber compensator is widely used in water supply and drainage, HVAC, fire fighting, compressor, paper making, pharmaceutical, ship, water pump, fan and other pipeline systems.
Fields of application
The rubber compensator can effectively absorb the stress caused by temperature change and water pressure fluctuation in the water supply pipeline system, thus improving the stability and safety of the system. Its unique corrosion and aging resistance is irreplaceable in heating and sewage treatment systems. Rubber compensator has become an important choice in petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical and other high temperature and high pressure environments due to its excellent comprehensive performance.
