Fields of application

Circular baffle door (double seal) is mainly used in air ducts and flues of power plants to intercept flow or regulate medium flow, and can also be used in air ducts and flues in other industries. It can be used in the inlet original flue, the outlet clean flue, the bypass flue or the contact flue of the flue gas desulfurization island of the power plant, and it is also commonly used in the inlet flue of the bag dust collector, the outlet flue of the bag dust collector or the bypass flue of the bag dust collector.

 Structural characteristics

The baffle door usually adopts a double-layer shutter type, and in addition to sealing elements on each baffle door, sealing gas is usually introduced into the cavity of the two-layer flue gas baffle door to further improve the sealing performance of the flue gas baffle door. The seal between the baffle blades adopts metal elastic seal, which has good wear-resistant and temperature-resistant sealing performance, long service life and easy replacement.
