I. Structure and composition

The transverse expansion joint of the small tie rod is composed of two sections of bellows, an intermediate connection pipe and a small tie rod with a limit nut. Its core components include:

      1. Bellows: Made of stainless steel (such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti, SUS304 or SUS316L), manufactured by multi-layer one-time hydroforming process, with both corrosion and fatigue resistance;

      2. Small tie rod mechanism: It is used to limit the displacement range and balance the internal pressure thrust, and the nut position should be adjusted according to the actual compensation amount after installation;

      3. connecting component: Provide flange or welding two connection methods, adapt to the installation requirements of different pipeline systems.

VI. Installation precautions

  2. When the actual compensation amount exceeds the sample value, the small tie rod should be removed to avoid structural damage;

  3. The bellows should be fixed during transportation to prevent collision deformation.
