I. Structure and composition
Main structure
It is composed of inner and outer casing, sealing seat, flexible graphite filler, spring compression device, anti-friction centering bearing, etc.
Sealing system: Flexible graphite filler is used, supplemented by spring to automatically compensate for wear, ensuring long-term sealing.
Reducing friction design: Ball or anti-friction bearings are set between the inner and outer sleeves to reduce friction loss and prolong the service life.

Spring compression device: Automatically compensates for packing wear and reduces maintenance frequency.
Rotating cylinder: Absorb pipe displacement by relative rotation and reduce stress concentration.
2. Working principle
Dynamic compensation
A force couple is formed by compensators arranged in pairs or groups, and the angular displacement of the rotating cylinder is used to absorb the displacement generated by thermal expansion and cold contraction of the pipeline, and the compensation distance can reach 500 meters.

b. Self-sealing mechanism
When the packing is worn, the spring is automatically compressed and compensated, and the leakage period can be delayed by 3-5 years; In case of excessive wear, only tighten the nut, and no downtime maintenance is required.

6. Suggestions on selection and installation
Key points of model selection

The spacing between the guide brackets should be encrypted, and the sliding brackets should be equipped with rolling supports.
Spring supports and hangers are required for vertical installation to prevent pipe segments from deflecting.
